We are approaching the Winter Solstice, a time to pause and reflect before the sun shifts and waxes in power. This workshop will give us some much needed rest during the busy holiday season. Taking it's cues from the changing of the season, this workshop will align with the natural rhythms of nature; allowing us to find a sense of balance and deep rejuvenation.
This workshop will combine restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation with the healing therapy of reiki to balance the nervous system, open the body and clear the mind, leaving you with an overall sense of peace and well being.
