WHAT IS TAROT?

 Tarot is a mirror to the present moment. It answers the questions you didn't know you had or couldn't quite articulate. It shows you how to see situations in your life from a different perspective + can bring unprocessed emotions into light. Therefore, helping you to move forward and often facilitating mental, emotional and spiritual release. 


WHY SHOULD I GET A READING?

A tarot reading is perfect if you feel stuck in your life or your thought patterns, you are trying to make important decisions but feel confused, you are going through a major transition in your career, relationship(s) or general life path or you would like some gentle guidance and/or support processing grief, loss or trauma of any kind.


WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A TAROT READING?

My readings give you a glimpse into the present moment, I am not a fortune teller or a medium and DO NOT use the cards to predict the future or contact those who have passed. Tarot readings should not be feared, but rather used as a tool to give you more clarity and balance in your life.

Reiki is an energy healing treatment that works holistically; on the whole body, mind and spirit. It is now being used in medical facilities throughout the US to relieve stress and pain, promote relaxation, release emotional blockages and balance our energy centers.

Reiki is amazing for anyone looking for stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the body’s natural healing abilities (immune system), aids in better sleep and improves and maintains health. It is also great for any type of physical or emotional pain, and is great to accompany other healing modalities such as chemotherapy, dialysis, physical therapy, psychotherapy, etc. 


 WHAT ARE THE CHAKRAS?

Chakras are energy centers located along the spine, each one has physical, emotional and mental characteristics. When these centers are out of balance we can experience physical pain, mental conflicts and emotional discord. We can use simple, everyday tools to keep our chakras balanced, such as the food we eat, the way we move our bodies and affirmations and intentions. We all have the power to heal our dis-ease when we pay attention to what we need. My chakra healing sessions not only balance these centers, but also give you practical guidance to incorporate into your life to keep you feeling healthy.
